Logging in for the first time
1. Receive an invite from HailTo via email
2. Alternatively, download HailTo directly from the app store: HailTo App
3. Open HailTo. You now have two options for gaining access to the app:
  1. Enter your email address to confirm your account and receive an email with a magic link. Tap on the link to open a page in your browser containing a "Login" button. Then tap the button to automatically open the app and log in to your space.
  2. If you've received an activation code from your team, tap "I already have a code". Then enter it and tap "Submit Code".
    
    Note: Admins can only log in to the app via email.
4. On the welcome screen, tap the “Join” button to gain access to your project’s space
5. Tap “Allow Notifications” and then “Allow” so you can be notified as soon as new requests appear

Spaces

Spaces are areas of the HailTo app dedicated to the projects you have been invited to. Each project has its own individual space.

If you've been invited to multiple spaces inside HailTo, you can switch between them at any time by tapping on the HailTo logo in the top left, or by swiping right from the left edge of your screen.

You can now view all the spaces you have been invited to, and switch between them by tapping on icon of the space you wish to access.
