Getting Started

LOGGING IN FOR THE FIRST TIME
1. If you've been invited to a HailTo space, you will receive an email asking you to accept your invite
2. Click "Accept Invite" and you will be taken to the HailTo website
3. Create a password for your account, then click "Create Account"
4. Enter your cell number, then click "Send Verification Code"
  - Please note that the number you enter must match the number associated with your profile. If this is not the case, contact the person who invited you to HailTo to amend the number on your profile
5. You will receive a 8-digit verification code via SMS. Enter this code on the HailTo site then click “Submit Code”
6. To log in to the HailTo admin, either:
  - Enter your organization’s custom URL e.g. organization.hailto.com. Then enter your email address and password.
  - Go to admin.hailto.com and enter your organization’s name in the space provided, then hit “Continue.” Complete the log in process by entering your email address and password.
Spaces

Spaces are areas of the HailTo admin dedicated to the projects you have been invited to. Each project has its own individual space.

You will see the list of spaces that you have access to on the left-hand navigation - each space can be identified by the project’s logo and label which displays the project’s name.

Space Switcher

You can easily navigate between spaces by pressing ctrl+k to use the space switcher tool.

Space Dashboard

Each space has its own dashboard which allows you to view app users, share requests, make requests and the latest activity.

Global Dashboard

The Global Dashboard displays an overview of activity across all spaces, giving at-a-glance data on:
- Total Spaces, App Users & Admins
- Total & Recent Shares
- Total & Recent Makes
- Total & Recent User Uploads
- Total Assets by Type
- Recent App User Logins
- Recent App User Chat Messages
Create A New Space
1. While in Home, navigate to the Spaces subsection
2. Click “New Space”
3. Add the Space name and upload a thumbnail image.
4. Create a Heading, Call to Action and welcome message which will appear to app users when they join your space.
From here, you can also view and edit all existing spaces.
In Home, you can also:

View and filter a list of app users in all your spaces

View and filter a list of admins in all your spaces
