Assets

Define the videos and imagery that will appear to users inside the app for them to share at any time.

Create folder
A folder structure allows you to organize your assets. To create a folder:
1. Click "New" then select “Folder” from the dropdown menu
2. Give your folder a name
3. Click “Create”
You can also create folders within folders - just make sure you are in the folder you wish to be the parent when clicking 'New' then selecting Folder from the drop down.
Add assets
To add an asset(s):
1. Click "New" then select “Upload File” from the dropdown menu
2. On the next screen choose a folder to add the asset(s) to
3. On the same screen, click on the Files box to add the asset(s) or drag and drop the files in
4. Once the asset(s) has been added you can:
  1. Edit the title – make this something clear and concise so that it’s discoverable when using the assets’ search function
  2. Optionally add tags to help with searching and categorization
  3. Optionally add a description to give your talent more details about the asset(s)
5. Click “Upload” to complete
Once assets have been uploaded with tags and into folders, users will be able to navigate through your assets in the app easily for viewing, sharing and downloading.

Alternatively, you can drag and drop files from File Explorer to upload them directly into an existing folder.
Manage Assets
To manage your assets and folders:
- Right click a folder to edit the title, move it to another location, or delete the folder and its contents
- Right click an asset to edit the title, tags and description, move it to another another folder, or delete it
- Right click a folder for the option to "Hide" it from App Users if the contents are not ready for sharing, or are no longer usable - you can unhide the folder at any time
- Send users a push notification to alert them to the folder or asset by right clicking it and selecting "Notify Users"
Add A Stream
To give your users access to watch a live stream on the app:
1. Click the “Streams” tab on the left-hand sidebar, then click “+ Stream”
2. On the next screen, give your stream a title and enter the streaming link in the URL bar
3. On the same screen, add a thumbnail that will appear alongside the stream in the app
4. Click “Save Stream” to complete
Manage Faces
Facial-recognition software allows for automatic tagging of multiple photos, gifs and videos
1. Upload your file(s) to the relevant folder(s) in Assets
2. Click the "Faces" tab on the left-hand sidebar
3. Review the list of unrecognized faces in "Manage Faces"
After manually tagging a few faces with the correct name, any future assets you upload featuring that Talent member will automatically suggest their name for you to approve. Make sure you review the unrecognized faces and tag them every time you upload assets.
You can also perform the following functions:
- Tap on individual face icons to view all assets they are tagged in
- Remove incorrect tags by right clicking the asset, select "Edit" then click the cross next to the tag to delete it from the asset
- Remove a face completely by clicking “Manage Tags” and deleting the relevant tag

In assets, you can also:
