Users

Define who is able to access your space in the app.

Create User
To create a new user:
1. Click "New User"
2. Enter the user’s name
3. Optionally, you can add their email address, Twitter handle and Instagram account
4. A tag will automatically be created with the user's name. You can also assign additional tags to the user.
5. Assign to group(s)
6. Toggle email and push notifications on or off.
  - Please note that email notifications are only available for users who have an email address associated with their profile.
7. Click “Create User”
Invite User
Once a user has been created, you can then invite them to your space:
1. Click “Invite to HailTo”
2. Invite via one of the following methods:
  1. Invite via Email – this will send an email to the user with a magic link. Tapping on this link will open in a page in the user's browser containg a "Login" button. Tapping the button will automatically open the app and log the user into your space.
  2. Verification code – click “Verification Code” to reveal the user's unique 6 digit verification code. Send this to the user manually for them to log in to the app with
Additional Options
In users, you can also:
- Edit details of a user at any time
- View their share, make requests and uploads
- Re-send email invites and generate new verification codes
- Chat live with them from the admin to the app

Groups
